Wedding Co-ordination Packages

These are the packages we have designed to suit your individual needs and budget. However, should you have something else in mind please contact us to see what we can design just for you.

Make It Perfect

One of the team will be there on your big day to ensure the seamless flow of the day and that the only thing you will have to worry about is enjoying yourself and the company of your guests.

This package includes:

· A face-to-face consultation to discuss your plans either in our office or at your home

· Production of an itinerary for the day

· Constant access to your dedicated Event Manager by phone or email to discuss any last minute changes

· Finalising and confirmation of all of your suppliers so that everything goes ahead as you planned

· Meeting with the suppliers at the venue on the day so that everything is set up as you planned

· Settling all accounts with the suppliers on the day

· Dedicated Event Manager on the day to manage anything that comes up on the day, including being there for your needs and ensuring that your guests are where they need to be at the right times.

Cost: $500

Finish It Off

Is your wedding day sneaking up on you? Are you finding that there are just not enough hours in the day to do everything? This is the package that is best suited for those couples who have organised everything but need someone to bring it all together in the last month (or less).

· Production of To-Do Lists and Checklists

· Running of errands (such as collection of goods)

· Confirming numbers with your suppliers

· Attendance at your rehearsal

Make It Happen For Us

Decided on your date, booked your venue and got an idea on what you want? But you need someone to make it happen for you? This package will pick up from where you left it and ease the burden of it all from you.

· Additional meetings throughout the planning so that you know exactly what is happening

· Sourcing of suppliers you haven’t already arranged

· Invitation and guest list management

· Attendance at your rehearsal

· Co-ordination of all activities so that all you have to do is relax and enjoy your big day

Cost: $1500

Do It All For Us

This is the ultimate package. We will do it all for you. From our initial consultation until you leave the reception, we will guide and advise you through everything as well as organising everything for you.

· Initial consultations to discuss and understand your ideas and budget

· Regular contact by phone and email

· Sourcing of venue

· Sourcing of suppliers for your approval

Cost: $2000 or 10% of total spend (whichever is higher)

Mini Wedding Planner

This is a 2 hour face-to-face consultation to talk through all of your wedding ideas, ensuring that you are heading in the right direction. We will assist you by working through any areas that are of concern to you.

These consultations can be booked at any stage of your planning and during the months leading up to your big day. We can help you right at the very beginning when you need help clarifying ideas and sourcing suppliers, to just before your wedding day to ensure that everything is organised and that nothing has been forgotten.

Includes:

· 2 hour consultation in our office

· Email and phone conversation prior to your consultation to discuss the areas you wish to cover during your consultation

· Checklists, recommendations and ideas emailed through to you after your consultation

Cost: $200 per consultation

“HELP ME” hotline

Every bride needs someone at the other end of a phone call or email to help them through the planning process and the unfortunate and unforeseen detours that threaten to derail the entire project along the way.

The “HELP ME” hotline is a scheduled 45 min phone call (at a time that is convenient to you) to work through anything that’s not quite going to plan and work out solutions that will work for you.

Cost: from $100 a month

A Little Help Would Be Nice

If you are organised but are running out of time, can’t find something that you need or would like more time to concentrate on the fun things, then this is the package for you.

Give us certain things of the planning and preparations to do and we’ll only charge you for the hours that we work on your wedding.

Examples include:

· Invite and guest list management

· Sourcing a particular supplier or service

Cost: $75 per hour
